Shreya was absolutely amazing. We originally planned to stop by Chatime quickly, but she made the whole experience so warm and welcoming that we ended up staying longer than expected. She kept us engaged with such a friendly and comfortable vibe—it genuinely felt like being at home. Pair that with a delicious strawberry and cream frozen drink, and it turned into a perfect visit. Thank you, Shreya, for the great service and even better company. :)

Stopped by a new boba spot in Frisco today and was so impressed! Cha Time is a Taiwanese tea and boba shop that focuses on quality ingredients, and it shows. The drinks were fresh, delicious, and made with care. One thing that really stood out was that they let you sample your drink before sealing the cup—a thoughtful touch that speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. The shop itself is spacious, spotless, and welcoming, but what truly sets it apart is the customer service. Every staff member we interacted with was genuinely kind, friendly, and happy to help. Great drinks (loved my peach refresher!)…a clean and comfortable atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality. Our group of 15 felt incredibly welcomed, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience. The board games and boba were a refreshing break for both tweens and adults on a hot summer day. We'll definitely be back!

Had an amazing experience at this boba shop! A special shoutout to Wincee for making such delicious drinks and to Ethan for his warm hospitality and excellent customer service. They made us feel truly welcome. The taro boba and cookies & cream boba are absolute must-tries—both were perfectly made, flavorful, and refreshing. The quality, taste, and friendly atmosphere make this place stand out. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re a boba lover. We’ll definitely be back!

Went there for the first time and Giana’s customer service was exceptional. She was extremely patient even though she was all by herself while it was busy. She also made me sip and try samples of all my teas that I ordered before she could finalise them. I also spoke to the owner who was extremely welcoming and helpful. The new Lychee fruit tea is beyond delicious and so is the Milk sugar tea with boba. I really liked the spot and will definitely keep returning ! Thank you

Was so excited to see there was a chatime open in the area as someone who loved it in New York. We were having a hard time deciding what we wanted, but the ladies working were so accommodating and helped us. They made sure we got exactly what we wanted and even provided taste tests to ensure the sweetness levels were perfect. Definitely recommend the lychee fruit tea!
